Attention ! Jour inhabituel !
I will discuss how the luminosity distribution of galaxies along the
colour-magnitude relation has evolved since z ∼ 0.8. Results are based
on observations carried out withing the ESO Distant Cluster Survey
(EDisCS), complemented with clusters in the local Universe.
I will also present new spectroscopic observations of one cluster
from the EDisCS sample, and discuss how these results exclude that
post-starburst galaxies represent the dominant channel to move blue
star-forming galaxies to the red-sequence.
